Knitting Department

 Our knitting department is equipped with 60 different circular knitting machines with different gauges and diameters. These machines are capable of producing all knitted structures in any required width and weight. All our machines are European made by the most sophisticated machine builders and equipped with mimmingers Lycra feeders. Our department is equipped with a unique ventilation system for producing high quality fabrics free from contamination. We have a production capacity of 10 tons per day.

 

 Dyeing and finishing Department

 The success of our department of dyeing and finishing relies largely on the unique testing laboratory apparatus used and the highly qualified staff. The laboratory is furnished with all testing apparatuses used for measuring all physical, mechanical, and chemical properties. We assure our material quality and specifications by testing daily.

Our laboratory is also equipped with a spectrometer Spectra Flash 600Plus using data match software for every high quality of reproducibility of our production and consistency of quality. Our dye-house has a capacity of 12 tons daily working 3 shifts for 24 hours a day. The dye-house is equipped with the best fully computerized jet flow machine and the most sophisticated German and French finishing machines, which guarantee the highest finishing quality for our fabrics. All our products are produced according to “Oko-tex standard 100” regulations. We confirm that all dye stuffs and auxiliaries used are environmentally friendly and free of Azo groups and heavy metals.

 Marking

 The GGT Accumark system enables us to give our customers the best services and prices. By using the GGT Accumark system, we minimize fabric wastage, which reflects on our quotations. On the other hand, the GGT Accumark system influences the quality of our products, as the cutting precision is the foundation of high quality garments.

 

 Cutting Department

 With a total cutting capacity of 1,500,000 pieces/month, we are applying the most precise cutting machinery by punching the fabric to be cut piece-by-piece using the Bierrebi automatic punching machine, which produces 24,000 pieces daily.

We also have 5 automatic spreading machines with a length of 20 meters each. Every single piece is inspected carefully before reaching the sewing department. This assures the high quality, which reflects the precision on the ready- made garments.

 

 Sewing Department

Our organization has five fully operated sewing floors covering an area of 5000m2.

The floors are equipped with 800 various working machines. Our company uses the most specialized and sophisticated automatic full-option machines, which allow less handling of garments and consistency of quality.

Our organization has over 40 production lines with a production capacity of about 40,000 garments per day. An advanced bundle system is used for our production and every production line has its own supervisor and quality inspector.

 In our organization workers are not allowed to proceed production online unless they pass an in-house training course practically and theoretically. Our training program is designed for deepening the understanding of the quality level required from our workers and the working attitude that calls for nothing less than professionalism to achieve the best quality standards. Training in our organization is an ongoing operation.

Embroidery

 We also have our embroidery section, which has 24 fully computerized Tajima heads. We have our printing facilities for piece print, heat-sealing printing, and heat transfer paper print.

 Finishing/Packing

This is the final stage through which our products go and it includes: automatic thread trimming machine, all steam with suction table ironing, steam and chemical spotting machine and automatic carton sealing.
